PRE-APPLICATION

Complete all forms required
Secure further relevant qualifications needed
Liaise with all external bodies on your behalf including skills recognition organisations, skills assessing authorities, regional certifying bodies and State and Territory Governments for state nominated or sponsored visas

APPLICATION

Prepare appropriate submissions to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) supporting your visa application
Collate all necessary forms and supporting documents for submissions to DIBP
Prepare other requirements such as health, character, migration status (e.g. illegal or unlawful), etc.
Lodge your application either online, or with the appropriate office

POST APPLICATION

Liaise with DIBP throughout the assessment process
Provide DIBP additional information or documents upon review of your application
Keep communication lines open for further updates

VISA GRANT

Notify the client as soon as visa is granted (this is our favourite part!)
Keep all visa information on file for any future applications
Return required documents to you
Advise you on next steps toward permanent residency or citizenship
