INVESTOR RETIREMENT VISA
SUBCLASS 405 | TEMPORARY

This visa stream is especially designed for self-funded retirees who are 55 years and above and do not have dependents (other than a partner, if any) to live in Australia during their retirement years. To be eligible, you must also meet the income requirements and be able to make significant long term financial investment in Australia.

DISTINGUISHED TALENT VISA

BUSINESS TALENT VISA
SUBCLASS 132 | PERMANENT

We can help you establish or develop your business in Australia provided you fall under either of the two streams:

  • The Significant Business History stream is designed for current business owners who want to do business in Australia. To be eligible for this stream, you need to have an annual business turnover of at least AUD 3 million. In addition to this, you need to have a net business and personal assets worth at least AUD 1.5 million.
  • The Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream is designed for people who have sourced venture capital funding of at least AUD 1 million from a member of the Australian Venture Capital Association Limited (AVCAL).

To be eligible you must be nominated by a state or territory government agency and be invited to apply for this visa by the minister.

BUSINESS INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT VISA
SUBCLASS 888 | PERMANENT

If you are a business owner who is looking at staying in Australia permanently, our team can assist you on how to be eligible under this subclass. Initially, you must be nominated by a state or territory or the Australian government and:

  • hold a provisional Business Innovation and Investment visa (subclass 188) and have met the requirements of that visa in the stream in which you first applied for or
  • hold a Special Category visa (subclass 444) or Business (Long stay) visa (subclass 457IE) and meet the requirements of the business innovation stream

SUBCLASS 188 | PROVISIONAL

AICA also extends assistance to those who want to invest in any State or Territory in Australia or those who want to own and manage a new or existing business. Interested investors will be successful upon being nominated by a state or territory government or Austrade on behalf of the Australian government. Interested applicants must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be invited by the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection before lodging this application.

This visa allows you to apply under any one of these streams:

  • Business Innovation stream: for people with business skills who want to establish, develop and manage a new or existing business in Australia;
  • Investor stream: for people who want to invest in an existing and legitimate enterprise anywhere in Australia;
  • Significant Investor stream: for people who are willing to invest into complying significant investments in Australia;
  • Premium Investor stream: for people who are willing to invest into complying premium investments in Australia;
  • Entrepreneur stream: for people who have a funding agreement from a third party to undertake a complying entrepreneur activity that is proposed to lead to either the commercialization of a product or service in Australia or the development of a business in Australia
